UPDATING YOUR DETAILS

If you move or change your name, please notify the

Seniors Card Unit as soon as possible by phone or email.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS

The Seniors Card is a free, lifetime card and is only

reissued if lost, stolen, damaged, or if you change your

name. If you require a replacement card, please contact

the Seniors Card Unit by phone or email.

USING YOUR SENIORS CARD

• Your Seniors Card is also a Metrocard for use on

Adelaide Metro public transport services. Turn to

pages 23-25 for more information about how to use

your Seniors Card to access free and discounted

public transport.

• Take your Seniors Card with you everywhere, even

when travelling. All Australian states and territories

have a Seniors Card program and most participating

businesses accept cards from interstate. Turn to page

27 for more information.

• Your Seniors Card is also valid at participating

businesses in New Zealand. Turn to page 26 for

more information.

• It is also worthwhile taking your card with you when

travelling to other overseas destinations. Seniors

Cards are often accepted by businesses in other

countries as a matter of good will; all you need to do

is ask, particularly in the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore,

Canada and the UK.
