WIN AN IN-SEASON DOUBLE PASS TO THE 2026 RUSSELL HOBBS BRITISH FILM FESTIVAL

The 2026 Russell Hobbs British Film Festival presented by Palace, features a spectacular lineup of acclaimed dramas, diverse and illuminating documentaries, romantic comedies and anniversary screenings. The festival also highlights some of Britain’s most celebrated actors including Olivia Colman, Richard E. Grant, Claire Foy, Bill Nighy and Andrew Garfield.

The festival includes the gripping legal drama Prima Facie adapted from Suzie Miller’s award-winning play and starring Cynthia Erivo, the intoxicating drama Ink from award-winning director Danny Boyle which follows the tumultuous rise of The Sun newspaper and My Duchess from acclaimed director Mike Newell (Four Weddings and a Funeral), starring Dame Joan Collins as Wallis Simpson, the Duchess of Windsor.

For documentary fans the festival features Parky, a portrait of broadcaster Sir Michael Parkinson, Formula One documentary Hill, and Everybody to Kenmure Street, which explores community resistance during a Glasgow immigration raid.

Olivia Colman and Alexander Skarsgård star in the hilarious and raunchy Wicker, an irresistible fable of an ostracised fisherwoman and the husband she wishes for, and in what may be legendary British director Mike Leigh's final film, the award-winning Tender Loving Care paints a deeply poignant portrait of resilience, compassion and love while learning to embrace life's inevitable changes.

Celebrating British cinema history, the festival will also present anniversary screenings of classics including Hamlet, Last Orders, The French Lieutenant’s Woman and The Man Who Fell to Earth, plus a special tribute screening of Shirley Valentine.
