Free and ticketed events across the CBD await you, each celebrating how art, light, music, food, and technology intersect and collide, always keeping an eye on the future and creatives from around the world.

From 2 – 20 July, be sure to dive into Illuminate Adelaide’s immersive, interactive, and entrancing program. Step through a mesmerising portal to parallel worlds at Night Visions in Adelaide Botanic Garden, witness Horizons our drone and light spectacular at Adelaide Oval, take your little ones along to Universal Kingdom: The Next Era at Adelaide Zoo to see dinosaurs roam, discover dozens of free installations spanning the CBD for City Lights, and enjoy our boldly experimental and electronic music program taking over the West End.

This year we’re expanding our food and beverage program by introducing Illuminate Hosts which features our favourite Adelaide restaurants and bars, offering fine dining with the immersive Winter Forest at ILA, hosting a phone-free long lunch at Papershell Farm in Willunga for The Offline Club, brightening up Adelaide Central Market, holding a sensory wine tasting experience at Chalk Hill Wines, and seeing the return of our pop-up hospitality venue BaseCamp.

In this special edition of WeekendPlus, explore more of our 2025 program filled with events that will inspire, ignite your imagination, and create a place where everyone can come and experience exciting, boundary-pushing art from across the globe, daring you to see the world in a new light.

We can’t wait to see you there!
