Naa marni,
We’re delighted to share that Nature Festival 2025 will return from 26 September – 12 October across South Australia during the spring school holidays.
This year, our theme is Flow.

From the powerful surging of tides to the subtle shifts of seasons, from creative rhythms to political currents, from winding rivers to the gentle swaying sea kelp, ‘flow’ invites us to pay attention to what moves, and what moves us.
More than an event, Nature Festival is a growing movement - a celebration of our unique connection to nature here in South Australia. Born from collaboration and upheld by the community, this is a festival made by South Australians, for each other, and for the world.
Now in our sixth year, the 2025 program will bring together hundreds of events and experiences, from art, music, talks and ideas, to First Nations Culture, adventures in nature, and shared meals in beautiful places. We are delighted to partner with the Office for Ageing Well and Seniors Card to bring the Tea House to this year’s program as part of South Australia’s Week of Ageing Well. This intimate performance, set in the beautiful Adelaide Botanic Gardens, reimagines the daily ritual of tea drinking as a portal to connection, with the natural world, with each other, and with ourselves.
From the heart of the city to regional towns, from backyards to bushland, we invite you to find your own flow.
You can now browse the program, filtering by theme, age, region, or simply let curiosity guide you through the map.
Throughout the festival, we’ll be sharing stories of Flow on Instagram and Facebook, and we’d love you to share your stories and flow with us.
With warmth,
The Nature Festival Team
