Researchers at Deakin University are inviting informal (unpaid) care partners to take part in a 25-minute anonymous, online survey exploring self-compassion, self-criticism, and emotional wellbeing.

To help improve supports for informal care partners of people living with dementia, this research aims to better understand what increases difficult emotions, and what may help protect against them.
You can take part if you:
- are 18+
- can read English
- are currently an informal care partner of a person living with dementia.
Participation is confidential and completely voluntary.

Please share with other informal care partners.
This study forms part of a student PhD project and has received ethics approval from Deakin University Human Research Ethics Committee (Reference: 2026/HE000036).
