South Australian human-centred engagement and design agency, Think Human, is working with the South Australian Government to test elements of a new service to help people navigate palliative care, death and bereavement services and supports.

The project is seeking people with lived experience of palliative care, grief, and bereavement to contribute to the design of a palliative care navigation service, to ensure it meets the needs of the community.

The new service will aim to ease the challenges of navigating and finding help and support when people most need it.

If you or someone you know has supported a person towards the end of their life in the last few years in South Australia, the project team would love to talk to you.
