Her Excellency and Mr Bunten invite the public to visit the Government House gardens, bring a picnic lunch, spread out a rug or unfold a camping chair and enjoy the surroundings, while listening to a community band or orchestra.
The free events will be held on the first Friday of the month from 12 noon to 2pm, with the next event happening on 6 December 2024.
Just come through the main gates and choose your picnic spot.

Free garden tours of the Government House grounds, hosted by the Friends of the Botanic Gardens, will run from 10:45am to 11:45am.
